LiveWIRE International, a Shell Social Investment program, locally known as Shell Tameer, visited Kathore’s Higher Secondary School on March 1, 2010.

The organization arranged a workshop by the name of “Bright Ideas” to motivate students to pursue entrepreneurship and help them develop ideas on business options. The workshop was a five hour program with 22 participants (both male and female) between the ages of 18-23.

Not only was each participant empowered with greater knowledge and a new perspective with broadened horizons, but they were given certificates of achievement as well. They also benefited immensely due to their networking with Shell Tameer and Tameer’s partner, SMEDA (Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority).
